Church Of Scientology Responds To Katie Holmes !

The Church of Scientology has responded that they are not chasing Katie Holmes. As it was said on a previous post, Holmes strongly believes she is being followed by the Church!




To be more exact, Gary Soter, lawyer for the Church, claimed that the Church of Scientology is not after Katie or conducting surveillance on her in the wake of her divorce with Tom Cruise.

It has to be mentioned that there were several vehicles that have reportedly been on Katie’s tail in recent weeks, but again the lawyer insists the Church is not behind it.

Katie Holmes: A Threat To Scientology ?

Sources close to Katie Holmes reveal that Katie claims that Scientology now regards her as a threat to the organization and has put a team on her tail.




Katie reportedly believes in recent weeks that Scientology has been following her moves, especially in New York City.

This does not seem to be the mind of a crazy person. People who have photographed Katie multiple times state that there have been several "mysterious" men and vehicles around Katie's apartment and following her when she's out.

To be more specific, a white Cadillac Escalade and black Mercedes SUV have been seen close to Katie's NYC apartment for the past week.

It has to be noted that there is a publication that has put a tail on Katie, but the people doing that are separate from the people Katie insists have been dispatched from Scientology.






It is unknown if the two vehicles that have been constantly spotted near Holmes' pad are from Scientology or from the publication.

If Katie can keep the divorce in New York, where-as has been said on another post- courts generally like to award sole legal custody to one parent or the other when there is conflict, proof that she's being tailed could help her case.

Tom Cruise And Katie Holmes Split: Sleeping Apart For Weeks Before The Divorce

According to reports, Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise were both in New York City in the weeks leading up to her filing for divorce, but they did not stay under the same roof.

According to sources close to the couple, Tom was in town for a few days around June 10 to film a movie. Tom did not stay in the apartment the pair has in NYC but rather at The Greenwich Hotel and never once stepped in or near the apartment. 

According to sources,  Katie was going back and forth between the apartment she and Tom shared and a new apartment she recently got. The two were both photographed during their time in NYC but never together.

Katie reportedly brought Suri to visit Tom at the hotel on two occasions for a few hours and that the visits were not planned.  Tom's own security wasn't aware they were coming.

According to the people who live in Tom and Katie's building, they couldn't recall the last time they had seen Tom. While they were apparently having problems, Tom had no idea this was coming and his entire team was caught by surprise by Katie's filing.
